Can you describe your role at Mobilaris?
As Customer Success Manager, my primary goal is to ensure a professional and positive customer experience. I engage with customers early in the project phase to understand their needs and challenges, and thereafter offer effective solutions based on our existing products or development projects. Collaboration is key, and I work closely with various stakeholders, including customers, product management, sales, and external partners, to drive successful project deliveries and customer satisfaction.
What does a regular day look like?
No days are the same! Depending on the project phase, my days are filled with diverse tasks, from structuring processes to ensure progress in all project phases to managing ad-hoc activities. I spend a lot of time in meetings, collaborating with different stakeholders to maintain momentum and deliver results.
What is the best part of your job?
I really enjoy working closely with all parties involved in our delivery projects—customers, suppliers, partners, and various internal teams—to achieve our common goal of delivering world-class solutions that improve our customers’ operations. The variety in my role keeps each day interesting and engaging.
Finally, what do you do in your spare time?
Outside of work, I enjoy building and renovation projects at my countryside cabin. Spending quality time with my family, grandchildren, and friends is important to me. I also stay active with intense cardio workouts and my long-time favorite – mountain biking. When time allows, I indulge in playing Counter-Strike and explore my interest in beer brewing.
