We’re looking for two experienced developers to join our Mobilaris Site™ team in Luleå – building real-time positioning-based solutions that improve safety and productivity in some of the world’s most demanding industrial environments.

About the role

You’ll be a key contributor to our Mobilaris Site™ platform – a fullstack product built end-to-end, running in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

As part of a small, experienced team, you’ll work across the full product lifecycle: from feature development to infrastructure and deployment.

• Build fullstack applications – both frontend and backend
• Own DevOps responsibilities: CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployment
• Work with open-source tools for traffic routing, identity management, and observability
• Contribute to live-data streaming, database management, and hybrid cluster operations

The role is based in Luleå, Sweden.

About you

You’re a fullstack developer with curiosity, commitment and a team mindset.

Core experience:

• Several years of fullstack development experience
• Comfortable across frontend and backend
• Confident in Linux environments
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with SQL / relational databases
• Familiarity with containers and DevOps practices

Nice-to-have experience:

• Rust or other systems-level programming
• WebAssembly (WASM)
• MQTT or other live-data / messaging protocols
• Tracing and telemetry (e.g. Prometheus/Grafana)
• Kubernetes or container orchestration
• Real-time systems or industrial domains
