Can you tell us about your role as a Tech Lead?
I’m responsible for developing Mobilaris Precision, our UWB-based solution for high-precision positioning data. The work includes, for example, design for circuit boards and radios, back-end development, and implementation of our position engine and supporting algorithms.
What has your career path to that role been like?
Before joining Mobilaris, I studied Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering at Luleå Univerisity of Technology. It was a specialized education focusing on embedded systems, sensors, signal processing, and other technologies. I’m also a postdoc in robotics and run two companies besides my work Mobilaris.
What is the best thing about working at Mobilaris?
I love working with new concepts and challenges, especially if it seems like a hard nut to crack. Besides that, we have a lot of benefits, such as health care allowance, generous parental leave, and top modern office spaces.
Finally, what do you do in your spare time?
I’m currently programming in different open-source projects and the operating system RTIC, which we also use at Mobilaris. But what I enjoy the most is spending time with my daughter and doing construction work on the house.
