What is your background?
Before joining Mobilaris in 2024, I studied Digital Service Innovation at Luleå University of Technology. The program gave me a holistic view of creating digital solutions, with a strong focus on UX and digital strategies, along with technical skills like programming and databases. Since graduating in 2021, I’ve been working with UX/UI, enjoying every minute of it.
Can you describe your role?
As a UX designer, my mission is to get inside the heads of our users to develop solutions that are not just functional but also super user-friendly. I conduct user research, develop prototypes, run user tests, and iterate on designs to ensure our products are intuitive and solve the right problems. Working closely with our customers and sales team, I help enhance the user experience and build trust by delivering solutions that genuinely meet their needs.
What does a typical day at work look like for you?
It’s all about close collaboration with the development team to make sure we’re all on the same page about our users and their challenges. A typical day includes daily standups, designing prototypes, and brainstorming solutions. I also team up with the business side to ensure our products not only meet customer needs but also align with our business goals. I usually work at the office to be close to the team but occasionally I choose to work from home.
What’s the best part of your job?
The thrill of creating products that solve real challenges and contribute to safer and more efficient industries. I love talking to users, learning about their needs, and translating these insights into great solutions together with the team. For me, it’s incredibly rewarding to create something that adds real value and makes a difference for the users.
Why would you recommend Mobilaris as a place to work to others?
Working at a product company is fun, you get the opportunity to follow a product from the idea phase to implementation at the customers. We have a strong team spirit, so if you like to work in close collaboration with others, this is the place. We also have the flexibility to work from home, although being at the office is always enjoyable. The facilities at Mobilaris Innovation Center are fantastic, and the people here contribute to a great atmosphere.

At Mobilaris, everyone is expected to contribute ideas to our product development, fostering an open, inclusive culture with a focus on teamwork. Finally, what do you do when you’re not working?
Outside of work, I enjoy working out – hitting the gym or going for a run. I also enjoy painting and spending quality time with family and friends.
